Privacy Policy

How PakShip Logistics collects, uses, and protects personal information when you send, track, or manage Shipments.

Effective: 20 Sep 2026Last updated: Sep 2026Applies to website and Brand portal

This notice covers visitors, consignees whose details appear on an Order, and Users who access a Brand. Personal information is used to provide and improve the Service. We do not share it except as described here.

Words such as Brand, User, Order, Shipment, CN, and Balance have the meanings used across PakShip. Everyday meanings apply to any other term.

01

Information Collection and Use

PakShip Logistics (“PakShip”, “we”) runs a courier and cargo platform for Brands in Pakistan. This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit the website, look up a Shipment by CN, create a User login, or operate a Brand account.

Using the Service means you agree to this policy. We collect information to book Orders, move Shipments, settle Balance, and support Users — not to sell it.

  • User identity: name, email, phone, and login credentials.
  • Brand profile: business name, addresses, and payout details used for Balance.
  • Order and Shipment data: consignee name, phone, delivery address, parcel details, COD, and CN.
  • Public tracking lookups: the CN you enter on the Track Shipment page.
02

Log Data

When the site or portal hits an error, we may record technical Log Data so we can diagnose it. That can include IP address, browser or device type, the page or action that failed, and the time of the request.

We keep logs only as long as they are useful for security, support, and reliability. They are not used to profile people for advertising.

03

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. PakShip uses them where needed to keep a User signed in, remember a Brand workspace, and protect forms from abuse.

The public marketing pages do not depend on advertising cookies. Your browser can block or delete cookies; if you refuse session cookies, parts of the Brand portal may not work.

04

Service Providers

We share information with third parties only when they help us run the Service, including:

  • Courier partners who pick up, sort, and deliver Shipments.
  • Hosting, email, and infrastructure vendors that keep the site online.
  • Payment rails used to move Balance to a Brand’s bank account.
  • Support tools our team uses to answer tickets and calls.

Those parties may process personal information only to do the work we assign. They are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.

05

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — access control, encrypted connections, and least-privilege staff access — to protect User, Brand, and Shipment data.

No internet transmission or hosted system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected Brands and Users through the contacts we have on file.

07

Children's Privacy

PakShip is a business logistics Service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.

08

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. The revised text is posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will change.

Continued use of the website or Brand portal after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes that affect how we use existing data will also be flagged to signed-in Users where we can.
